Hey I am currently in Iraq and have been using this product for about 2 months. I have 4 children and as most people know I dont make much $$$$. I would have to say they offer alot of protein products here on base, but this one is by far cheaper than a few and taste so much better it is worth every penny. I also agree with the mixture great for before and after workouts. It has whey and casein protien so you get the 2 main ingredents that most body builders are looking for and a wonderful taste. My favorite is the banana!!!!

I like to take around 6 amino acid tablets a day, 3 pre-workout and 3 before bed. If in powder form then about 5-10 grams per day.

I stick to two meals a day within 2 hours of each other. It goes like this:

1)Carbohydrate Meal- consisting of TONS of low-medium glycemic index carbs (and a teat or two)

2)1 hour intense weight training

3)Protein Meal- consisting of as much eggs, chicken, tuna, and beans as I can choke down.

I do this near the end of the day so I can relax and watch Colbert before I doze off. I also do it for about 6 months at a time, after which I'll go back to bulking or sport-specific training. Anyway, when I wake up, and throughout the day, I'm not hungry at all. I only feel hungry at the same time I ate the previous day. It works quite well. I'm lean and muscular (200 lbs 9%bf 16 years old), even with average Arab genetics. I think it works so well due to the bodies' intensified "recycling" process, as well as it's intensified nutrient uptake limit (due to extremely low insulin throughout most of the day)
