What Supplements Are Useful For Accelerating Lean Mass Growth?

Just a quick post to clear things up and drill it into people who spend more on supplements than they do food!! DON’T!! Seriously, all you are doing is wasting your time and money.

Following are six supplements recommended to help support an explosive growth spurt. (a.k.a the useful ones)

• Creatine
• L Glutamine
• MCT’s
• Vitamin and minerals including anti oxidants
• Protein powder
• Greens (health reasons)

Notice how most of the above are things your body actually needs. I also would advise not to go for all the high priced products, you can get top quality stuff with out putting a hole in your pocket. Shop around, or use a coupon, if there is any up to date one in the freebies section, just remember and buy food before buying any supplements.
